The Personal Data Protection Law regulates the procedures and principles to be followed by natural and legal persons who process personal data, and aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals—primarily the right to privacy—during the processing of personal data. As BİLGE İLAÇ BİTKİSEL KOZ. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., we conduct our data processing activities in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and have taken all necessary technical and administrative measures within this scope.

Personal data may not be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject unless the conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection Law are present. Explicit consent refers to consent that is related to a specific matter, based on adequate information, and declared with free will.

A.Ş., in order to provide you with more efficient services, we would like to inform you about our product-related advertisements and campaigns via short message service (SMS) by processing your phone number data, provided that you give your consent, in accordance with the law.

I declare that the information I have provided through order and communication channels is accurate, that I have read and understood the "Clarification Text" regarding the processing of personal data, and accordingly;

I hereby give my explicit, informed, and unambiguous consent, with full knowledge and without any doubt, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, to the processing of my personal data such as my name, surname, email address, phone number, as well as my product preferences and the requests and suggestions I have shared on the website, including my special categories of personal data; to the retention of such data for the period required for the purposes for which they are processed or for the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation; to the sharing of my personal data, in cases of legal or service-related actual necessity, with public institutions and organizations with which your company cooperates or is legally obligated to work, and/or with third-party service providers, supplier companies located in Türkiye or abroad, as well as with your company's and/or your company's partners; to the transfer of my personal data abroad in cases of legal or service-related actual necessity; and to the storage of my personal data on servers located abroad within the scope of the information technology infrastructure used by the data controller, including their transfer abroad for this purpose, and to the processing of my personal data within the scope of the explanations stated above.
